LUNAR NEW YEAR 2024
Lunar New Year, also known as Chinese New Year or Spring Festival, is celebrated by many East Asian communities around the world, including China, Vietnam, Korea, and others. It is a time for family reunions, feasting, cultural performances, and traditional rituals aimed at welcoming the new year with good fortune and prosperity.
The specific customs and traditions associated with Lunar New Year vary across different cultures and regions, but common practices include giving lucky envelopes, decorating homes with auspicious symbols, setting off fireworks, and enjoying special foods believed to bring luck and abundance in the coming year.

For this project, I created some designs including greeting cards, lucky envelopes, and illustrations that marks the beginning of the Year of the Dragon, according to the Chinese zodiac cycle.
Dragons Illustration
This is the icon of Lunar New Year. For this illustration, I use Adobe Illustrator to create youth and energy that stimulate the happiness and prosperity in each people for the new year.

I chose some of the color that represent for Lunar New Year that enhances the atmosphere of enjoyment and celebration, which wishes people have a wonderful and a myriad things go according.
